A daily report from your business data, by email
A daily report can be built from your own systems and emailed to you. A scheduled job pulls the numbers, compares them with the week before, and sends one short email. Nobody has to log in to five dashboards to see how the business is going.
What goes in it
Only the numbers you’d act on. For a website that’s visits, where they came from, and the searches that found it. For other businesses it might be sales, bookings or jobs completed. If a number never changes what you do, leave it out.
Compare full weeks
Each number is shown next to the same number for the week before. Compare full weeks, not a partial day against a full one, or every report looks like a drop.
When one source isn’t ready
Sometimes one system doesn’t answer: a password expired, or access hasn’t come through yet. The report still goes out with everything else, and says which part is missing. A report that stops arriving is worse than one with a gap.
Who gets it
Each person gets the sites or parts of the business that are theirs. The list of who gets what is set once, and changed when someone joins or leaves.
Where AI can help
An AI model can add a short written summary at the top: what went up, what went down, what to look at. The numbers come from your systems. The model only writes about them.
FAQ
Which systems can it read? Anything with an API: website analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, CRMs, booking and accounting systems.
Can it come weekly instead? Yes. Daily, weekly or monthly, whatever you’d actually read.
Does it need my computer on? No. It runs on a server on a schedule.
