Privacy policy.
This policy covers the heyeddsoftwares.com.au website and the heyedd softwares app (on the web at /app and in the mobile app stores). It says what is collected, why, and how to have it removed. Last updated 26 July 2026.
What we collect
Account details. When you register we store your name, email address, and password. The password is stored hashed, never in plain text.
Payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and are never stored on our servers. We keep a record of your subscription status.
Content you submit to the tools. YouTube links you process and messages you send to the AI assistant are handled on servers we operate. The AI assistant runs on a language model we host ourselves — your messages are not sent to third-party AI services.
Contact form. If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, and message by email, and you get an automatic confirmation reply.
Website analytics. The marketing pages of this site use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, which sets cookies to measure visits. The app itself — web and native — carries no advertising or analytics SDKs.
Crash diagnostics. If the app crashes or hits an error, a report is sent to Sentry, a third-party error-reporting service. The report includes the error, your device model and operating system version, the app version, and what the app was doing at the time. It is not linked to your account.
Server logs. Our servers keep standard operational logs (request paths, timestamps, IP addresses) for debugging and abuse prevention.
What we do not do
There is no advertising on the site or in the app. We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers named here: Stripe for payments, Google for site analytics, Sentry for crash reports, our email provider for transactional email, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, where our servers run.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account, email apps@heyedd.comfrom the account's email address. We delete the account and its data, and you receive a confirmation email once it is done.
